You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Refunds will not be made after the product has been shipped and sent to the address that the customer has specified on their order. The Healing Hut ensures the delivery of the product to the address submitted at the time of purchase. Should the customer fail to give the correct address, The Healing Hut or delivery services shall be in no way liable or required to issue a resend or refund
Domestic Shipping and Delivery
Your package will be shipped within 1-5 business days. Although we take extra precaution to ensure your package is delivered safely and with no damage to it, we cannot guarantee that it will arrive in perfect condition due to the Postal Service conditions.
We ensure the delivery of the product to the address submitted at the time of purchase. Should the customer fail to give the correct address to The Healing Hut, subsidiaries or delivery services shall be in no way liable or required to issue a resend or refund. The Healing Hut does not take responsibility for stolen or lost packages once they have been labeled as "Delivered" by USPS carrier. If your package has been stolen please contact USPS.
